Cayla Blake
Dance Teaching Artist
Cayla Blake is a dance artist and teacher originating from New York. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of Massachusetts Amherst which included training and choreographing for three months at the Institute of the Arts Barcelona. For the past two years she has performed in Tony Williams’ ‘Urban Nutcracker’. Cayla recently began dancing professionally with the Pantos Project Dance and City Ballet of Boston. She has been teaching ballet for about 7 years throughout the Northeast and New England region to students ranging from 3 to 18 years old. Currently, Cayla teaches ballet and jazz in the greater Boston area, prominently at the Angel Performing Arts. She is passionate about teaching and inspiring young students to find themselves and their own personal strengths through dance. Cayla was the Dance in the Schools team from 2023-2024. Currently she is dancing in NYC!
